IIS Remote Web Management

Open CMD as an administrator
tyoe: powershell
then: Install-WindowsFeature -Name Web-Mgmt-Service
then: regedit
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WebManagement\Server
Change EnableRemoteManagement to 1
Then again in powershell
Set-Service WMSVC -StartupType Automatic

Then go to services and start the WebManagement service
then go to IIS and connect to your desired server

install the certificate when prompted
Name you new server connection
